1. During the switch-on, the input general breaker opens

● Probably is used the model with separation of a single phase and neutrals shorted. The neutrals can be shorted only in few cases. Try to use the /SN model, that separates both phases.
● If the problem persists even with the /SN model, probably there is a fault→ contact Advel support.

2. The static-switch turns master/slave repeatedly

Probably the input lines (230Vac or 115Vac) come from inverters of insufficient power.

3. I need a higher power static-switch

Internal SSRs have a certain temperature derating, so should be used up a certain current with natural ventilation. However, on request, the rack can be equipped of an internal fan and of more powerful SSRs, to limit the temperature derating of SSRs and bring them up to currents higher than the standard current indicated in the datasheet.
